I had it all, but something was missing. . .
In 2016, I was searching for a Resolution. I was really happy, but I could feel something was missing. I was complacent. I’d spent my whole life checking all the boxes that society told me I needed to check: college, career, husband, fitness, new car, new house, etc. Now that all of it was in place, I found myself asking “What’s next? What’s the next box to check? This can’t be it?” From the outside, it looked like I had it all . . . and I did! But I was secretly craving something more. So I decided to spend the following year checking the box: ME. I was focused not only on improving myself on the inside, but identifying the “more” I was craving.

I lead with my intuition in every session. By trusting my innate sense, it guides me to receive all the information (through spoken words and body language) and know the appropriate thing to do or say. This earns trust and encourages my clients to be themselves.
Just you and me! We meet bi-weekly for 1 hour. This is where we explore in great depth your desires, thoughts, emotions, frustrations, beliefs about yourself, strengths, and things in your past that may be holding you back. Along the way, you’ll have some “aha moments'' that will shift your entire perception. You’ll take them and apply them to your life.
You may want to take notes in our sessions, but I will as well. I’ll email a summary of the most important takeaways, focus(es) for the following weeks, and any additional notes I want to share. This provides an extra perspective for you to look back on after the session is done.
I’ve created a program that helps you discover yourself on a deeper level. Each exercise or activity will support you in a different part of your growth. They’ll get you thinking and writing in an open and honest way.
A lot will happen in between our sessions. You might struggle with an obstacle or want to share a big win. I’m just an app away! It’s called Voxer (free to you) and it allows us to communicate via text and voice message so you don’t have to do anything solo.
